An experienced coach myself, I chose to work with Lindsay as my own coach based on her unique combination of business/market savvy and personal impact. I’ve been working with Lindsay for 5 years. I was referred to her in 2014 during a transitional time in my life. I had a goal of moving to Chicago, but was feeling stuck. She helped me create a plan that moved me into action while keeping my excitement alive. Less than a year later, the stars aligned and I’ve been in Chicago ever since. I had a excellent experience with The Wellspring Life and Career Coaching. Lindsay helped bring me back to my core values and how they affect my leadership style. She gave me immediate strategies to deal with difficult work issues. More importantly, she got me out of my comfort zone to explore career paths.
